I am quite disappointed as of late to be reading about deviantart on various forums, to see that the general opinion of this art community nowadays is a negative one. I've always struggled to be recognized for my art on here. I've received critique, comments, favourites. But I've never really been hugely recognized. I like this place because it allows me to keep up with the artists I love, and for now I think the community is still very large. But I've noticed big artists like makani and others have mostly moved on from here, and I know why.
