Finally got this colored, took me at least 3 hours overall to do everything. I experimented with hair shinies and also with highlights, although my highlighting skills are a bit shit atm
Also, I like the way it looks because it looks like it's been cell-shaded. And I love cell-shading I prefer it over blended colors, or soft shading, it looks more cartoony and idk.
But yeah highlights. Must get those in the bag, because this effort is just a try-out.
Also I'm very pleased with the anatomy on this - mainly the arms, torso and legs. His head looks a bit too big, but it's not my fault that he has to have poofy hair ;w;
Plz comment <3 <3 (also I found out a better way of coloring, which means that the colours don't have to be so washed out - MAGIC WAND TOOL YAY)
Well, you should focus on improving your hands and crotch...es O_o maybe look at real models (i'm not suggesting you start drawing willies :¬ but just male trouser 'areas' because they wouldn't be quite that pointy, but otherwise yes it looks good. His head is actually the correct shape and size but I think his neck is too long and too thick, again, using a human reference will help an awful lot with this.
